How Should You Go About Selling Your Home?

Today, I want to talk about three popular options that I offer in my office for my sellers. Over the past few weeks, I've received several calls and emails about different options, as some people just don't want to put their home on the market and have strangers trample through it. They feel it's not show-ready and want ease, not difficulty. Here are the top 3 ways you could sell your home:
1. Traditional Sale. You can invite me over, or one of my agents will walk through your property. We'll give you tips on what to do and, more importantly, what not to do. We'll also discuss pricing, marketing, and staging if needed. The benefit of this traditional option is that you'll make the most amount of money because it's a retail price. When your home shows in the best light, it fetches the highest price. Although it can be stressful, hiring a tried and true professional will help you navigate this process smoothly.
2. "Fix It and List It." If your home requires repairs and you lack the cash or the means to get things fixed, I will handle it for you. I always get several opinions on recommendations regarding pricing from different contractors. The great part is, I front the money for the repairs that your home needs. You just pay me back when the property sells—no added cost or interest. Many clients take us up on this, and if you don’t have the money to make repairs but are interested, please reach out to me with no obligation.
3. Cash Deal. I will come out and walk through your property, assess it, and take photos. I will then offer those photos to my professional investors. Keep in mind, a cash deal will be slightly better than a wholesale price, meaning you won't make as much money, but you can close as quickly as 14 days. You can sell your home in as-is condition with no worries. If your home is cluttered, you can leave everything; the investors will take care of it all.
