What’s going on in our housing market? Today, I want to briefly update you on the latest housing news from our area.

Now, back to our market. Currently, inventory in the market is very low, while the demand from buyers remains high. For instance, we showed some homes to our buyers over the weekend, but they did not select them. However, the agents informed us that they received multiple offers, with the highest being 37 offers as high as $50,000 over the asking price.
